Background: Diabetic ulcers are a serious complication of diabetes that results in significant morbidity and mortality, especially lower limb diabetic very difficult to treat due the poor vascularity brittle granulation tissue formed during healing phase, so conventional dressings might not be effective treating wound this study aims effectiveness topical heparin over for foot ulcersMethods: This is prospective done on 100 patients who presented surgical outpatient at Trichy SRM medical college hospital research centre period December 2020 July 2022 diagnosed have foot.Results: On comparing both groups with dressings, group dressing showed reduction stay healed faster than dressingConclusions: Topical better by treated dressing.
